Latent Heat are a five piece band drawn from all four corners of Lanarkshire. The band have been together for four years and have developed during that period into an extremely tight and cohesive unit with their own distinct sound and attitude - the musical influences are broad - U2, Radiohead, Paul Weller & Neil Young amongst others.
The band, primarily in their mid 20s, have previously recorded 3 CDs 'Cracks in the Armour' and 'Hanging On' which they distributed mainly at live appearances, and their first, self produced EP 'Breathe' released May 2004. The band are currently putting the finishing touches to their fourth recording and are looking to hit live venues across Scotland in the latter half of the year.

Kobi began gigging their own style of alternative rock with jazz and funk flavours in June 2003 with Gary Joe Thain on vocals and lead guitar, Steve Robertson on bass, Dave Smith on drums and Stephen Thain playing guitar.
They had a successful first year, quickly rising as one of the most recognised bands in their local area of Ross-Shire and supporting the likes of MASS, RAAR, The Grim Northern Social and The Vaults.
Other highlights where playing showcases for Channel 4's Ideasfactory, AUBL.net and also playing to a sold out crowd in The Lemon Tree, Aberdeen all this resulted in papers such as the Ross-Shire Journal, Press and Journal and Music News Scotland tipping them as - The Hottest Unsigned Band In The North.

Opal Sky is an Edinburgh based band that delivers a potent blend of “lush vocal sounds” and “outstanding song writing” (Blue Note), mixing rock with funk-edged grooves, creating a distinctly different vibe.
Their influences reach as far as Jeff Buckley, Ella Fitzgerald and Pink Floyd, to name a few.
The bands main focal point is singer Karina Hay, “a woman blessed with a heavenly voice and the kind of star quality that suggests A&R cheque books a-twitching in no time.” (Metro). She’s accompanied by guitarist Tony Sehgal and German-born keyboard player Thilo Pfander who add to the band’s stage presence with their energetic live performances.
